At the outset, Mr. Phatak, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2-Original Complainant, states that as far as the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2248 of 2025 is concerned, there are five criminal antecedents and they have not been disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application. He further states that as far as Anticipatory Bail Application No.2227 of 2025
is concerned, there are two antecedents against the Applicant No.1-Ramdas Shivram alias Shivaji Undre.

In view of the said contention raised by Mr. Phatak, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2-Original Complainant, Mr. Shivarkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2248 of 2025 and Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2227 of 2025, seek withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Applications with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Applications by giving particulars of all the antecedents. However, both of them, state that a learned Single Judge has granted interim protection by Order dated 12th August 2025 and 8th August 2025, respectively and the same be continued for a period of two weeks from today.

Accordingly, both these Anticipatory Bail Applications are allowed to be withdrawn with leave as sought. 4.
However, ad interim protection granted by the learned Single Judge by Order dated 12th August 2025 in Anticipatory Bail
Application No.2248 of 2025 and by Order dated 8th August 2025 in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2227 of 2025, shall remain in operation for a period of 2 weeks from today. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
