Heard Mr. Gangwal, learned Advocate for Applicant. 4.

Learned Advocate informs the Court that he filed the present Anticipatory Bail Application on 11.08.2025 and moved the Court and Court was pleased to place the matter on today's board. 5.

He would submit that there is apprehension that Investigating Authority may take precipitative steps against Applicant. He would therefore persuade the Court to give him some protection. 6.

After hearing Mr. Gangwal and in view of the above timeline, I am inclined to pass a direction to prosecution not to take any precipitative steps against Applicant for a period of one week from today i.e. till 25.08.2025.

In the meanwhile, Applicant shall be at liberty to move before Regular Court and seek appropriate directions for listing. 8.
