This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.
The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 54 of 2025 registered at Arnala Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
According to the prosecution, on the date of incident, which took place on 24.03.2025, the applicant obstructed and abused the first informant while he was discharging his duty as Talathi.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant
and the learned APP for the respondent-state. 5.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a delay in lodging the First Information Report. It is submitted that there are no other criminal antecedents against the applicant.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the respondent-State submits that considering the nature of crime, the applicant may not be released on anticipatory bail.

There is a delay of two days in lodging the FIR. There is no need of custodial interrogation. There are no other criminal antecedents. Considering the said facts, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail on certain condition. In the result the following order is passed :
ORDER
a] The Application is allowed.
b] In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 54 of 2025 registered at Arnala Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 132, 352, 351(2) and 351(3) of
Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;
c] The applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of Arnala Police Station for a period of one year.
d] Liberty is granted to the State to file an application for cancellation of bail if the applicant commits breach of the above condition.
e] The Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
