Mr. Shukla, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that an amount of Rs.11,00,000/- has already been deposited in terms of the statement which has been made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and recorded in the order dated 11th November 2025. He submits that the balance amount of Rs.4,00,000/- will be deposited by 3 Demand Drafts. Registry shall accept the said Demand Drafts. He further submits that the Applicant has no objection if the Respondent No.2-Complainant withdraws the said amount of Rs.15,00,000/-.

Accordingly, the Respondent No.2-Devika Sanjay Ghule is granted leave to withdraw the said amount of Rs.15,00,000/-. Registry to permit the said withdrawal to the Respondent No.2. 3.

Till next date, no coercive steps be taken against the Applicant.
