Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

It is prosecution's case that on 11th July 2025, applicant and co-accused threatened the first informant and thereafter on 14th July 2025, applicant along with co-accused and other persons entered into the hotel of the first informant and assaulted him with sickle and wooden log and seriously injured him. It is alleged that co-accused Deva Kokate while assaulting the first informant stated that every time first informant opposed the applicant and on the say of applicant, he was assaulting to the first informant. Learned counsel for applicant submits that at the time of incident the applicant was not present. His name is taken by the co-accused, which is inadmissible in evidence. 4.
Learned APP seeks time to take instructions in respect of CDR details between the applicant and co-accused. 5.
Considering these facts, I pass the following order :
ORDER
(i) Till next date of hearing, in the event of arrest, the applicant in connection with investigation of C.R. No.565 of 2025 registered with Karmala Police Station, District : Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 118(2), 332(b), 61(2), 115(2), 189(2), 189(4), 191(2), 193(3), 190, 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, he shall be released on interim bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
(iii) Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 10th September, 2025.
