It appears from the First Information Report that applicant, who is doctor has sexually assaulted the first informant on the promise of marriage. The first informant is a widow. It appears that applicant and first informant are major and both are doctors. There was physical relationship between them for six years. Considering these facts, I pass the following order :

ORDER

(i) In the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.216 of 2025 registered with Koregaon Police Station, Satara on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (ii) Stand over to 16th September, 2025.
