Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant had married with the victim, but due to pressure of family, the present F.I.R. is lodged.

From the documents it appears that, the victim had married with the Applicant. Considering these facts and circumstances, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail in Crime No.454 of 2025 registered with Akluj Police Station, Solapur Rural, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 29th September, 2025.
