By this application the applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.208 of 2025 registered with Gokul-Shirgaun Police Station Dist- Kolhapur for offences punishable under Sections 3(5) and 143 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (prevention) Act, 1956.

It is prosecution's case that on the secret information, the police raided on poison lodge on 30th May 2025 and they found that prostitution was going on in the said lodge. It is alleged that the applicant was arrayed as an agent and providing girls 1/3

for prostitution to the customers by taking money. 3.

It is contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. The coaccused have been released on regular bail. Hence, requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned APP that the applicant was providing girls to customers by taking money. The applicant has active role in the crime. Considering the allegations against the applicant, his custodial interrogation is required and requested to reject the application.

I have heard all learned counsel, perused the FIR and documents produced on record.

The co-accused against whom same allegations are leveled, have been released on bail. The allegations against the applicant are that he was arrayed as an agent and providing girls for prostitution to the customers by taking money. Considering these facts, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required and I pass following order :

O R D E R

I.

In the event of arrest, applicant be enlarged on bail in 2/3

C.R. No. 208 of 2025 registered with Gokul-Shirgaon Police Station Dist. Kolhapur on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. II.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

III.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case.

IV.

Application is disposed of in above terms.
