Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in FIR the name of applicant is not mentioned. It is alleged that the accused No.1 had taken amount from the first informant and invested with the applicant. The applicant has given crypto currency to the accused No.1 which is lying in the bank account. So the applicant has no role in the said fraud.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions. The documents produced on record shows that some crypto currency is pending in Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:
2025.10.10 20:22:48 +0530 SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR the bank account of the applicant. Considering these facts, I pass the Sajakali Jamadar
147-ABA-2328-2025 (CR).DOC following order.
ORDER
(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. 595/2025 registered with Barshi City Police Station, District Solapur, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
(iii) Issue notice to the Respondent No.2, returnable on 10th November, 2025.
(iv) Leave is granted to add first informant as party respondent No.2. This amendment as well as earlier directions for amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.
Stand over to 10th November 2025.
