3.

The Learned A.P.P. states that the bail was granted subject to the applicant depositing the amount of Rs.3,25,000/- as per the order dated 25.08.2025. He submits that because of this volition, the Court has issued notice to the informant. He submits that since the said amount is not refunded, the interim relief be vacated.

4.

Mr. Rupesh Zade, Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant, fairly states that his client has not returned/refunded the amount.

5.

Learned A.P.P. insists that the interim relief spelled out in para No.4 of the order dated 25.08.2025 be therefore vacated.

6.

I feel that, since the applicant had volunteered deposit the amount of Rs.3,25,000/-, and yet did not fulfill his statement, the interim relief cannot be 2/3

continued. I enquired with Mr. Zade as to whether his client is ready to stand by his statement made earlier. Mr. Zade states that his client is not in a position to do so. Hence, the protection granted vide order dated 25.08.2025 as enumerated in para no.4 stands vacated. 7.
