The Investigating Officer in the present offence shall remain present before this Court on 14th October 2025. If he fails to remain present, this Court shall be constrained to call upon the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, to appear on Wednesday i.e., on 15th October 2025.

The Investigating Officer shall produce the material to indicate that he proceeded to Aurangabad for the purpose of investigation. If he fails to produce such material, an appropriate order shall be passed against him personally.
