Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that applicant's name is not mentioned in the FIR. In supplementary statement, the complainant has changed his version and added the name of the applicant as conspirator.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.

It appears from the FIR, no name of the applicant is mentioned in the complaint lodged immediately after the incident. The supplementary statement of the complainant has produced on record. Considering these facts, I pass the following order : by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

ORDER

(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.333 of 2025 registered at Islampur Police Station, District Solapur, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

(iii) Stand over to 9th October 2025.
