In this application seeking anticipatory bail, on 06.10.2025, this Court made the following observations:
"9.
This Court finds that three co-accused persons have been recently granted anticipatory bail by orders dated 23rd September 2025 passed by this Court (Coram: Madhav Jamdar, J.) in Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.965 of 2025, 1818 of 2025 and 662 of 2025. Four other accused persons have been granted regular bail by the Sessions Court. 10.
The applicant is a woman and the relevant portion of charge-sheet shows that the amount that found its way into her account was returned in about three months' time. It appears that since four co-accused persons, against whom the similar allegations have been made, have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, so long as the applicant undertakes to appear before the investigating agency for cooperating with the investigation, while keeping this application pending, interim relief can be granted." 2.
After making the said observations, this Court granted interim relief to the applicant in the following terms:- "12.
In the meanwhile, there shall be interim relief in the following terms:
(a) Till the next date, in the event the applicant is arrested in MINAL SANDIP PARAB by MINAL SANDIP PARAB Date: 2025.11.27 18:34:54 +0530 1/3
connection with FIR No.0260 of 2024 dated 14th September 2024 registered at Bundgarden Police Station, Pune, she shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.50,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount.
(b) The applicant shall remain present before the Office of Economic Offence Wing, Pune, on 9th and 11th October 2025 between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon and thereafter, as and when called by the concerned Officer. The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation. (c) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. She shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case."

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has abided by the directions issued by this Court and she has appeared before the office of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Pune on the stipulated dates and even thereafter when she was called. It is submitted that the applicant reiterates that she will continue to co-operate with the investigation and that she shall abide by the conditions imposed in the above-quoted portion of the interim order.

The learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the applicant has indeed appeared before the office of the EOW, Pune and she has abided by the directions issued by this Court. It is submitted that so long as the applicant is ready to co-operate further with the investigation, appropriate orders may be passed. 5.
In view of the above and the fact that the applicant has cooperated with the investigation and keeping in mind the fact that the applicant is a woman, this Court is inclined to allow the application. 6.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim order dated 06.10.2025 is confirmed, subject to the applicant continuing to co-operate with the investigation and appearing before the office of 2/3
the EOW, Pune, as and when called. She shall continue to abide by the specific conditions imposed in the said interim order. 7.
The application is disposed of.
