Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the show cause notice, as required under the Fertilizer (Organic or Mixed) Control Order, 1985, has not been issued to the Applicant. He further submits that the show cause notice has been issued only to the Ghatage Krushi Seva Kendra, Kolegaon, Malshiras.

Learned APP submits that the show cause notice was in fact issued and seeks time to place the same on record along with an Affidavit in reply. Let the Affidavit in reply be filed on before 17th March 2026 with an advance copy thereof to be served on the Applicant. 3.
