Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application was filed before this Court as the Sessions Court had declined to grant interim relief in the application filed by the applicant for anticipatory bail. It is submitted that now the Sessions Court has heard the main anticipatory bail application and reserved it for orders. In light of this development, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 2.
