Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the Respondent - State and learned counsel for the Intervenor. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to add first informant as a party Respondent. Leave granted. 3.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that a notice was issued to the Applicant regarding the hand loan allegedly given by the first informant. The Applicant duly replied to the said notice on 14th Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

44-ABA-2372-2025 (CR).doc September, 2024. It is further submitted that the nature of dispute is civil dispute. Hence, requested to grant protection. 5.

Learned counsel for the Intervenor and learned APP strongly objected to allow the interim protection on the ground that the Applicant has cheated the first informant. 6.

Considering the submission of all learned counsels, as well as the first informant had issued notice to the Applicant about returning the money and the said notice was replied by Applicant, I pass following Order:

ORDER

i. Till the next date, in the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on bail in Crime No.461 of 2025 registered with Sangli City Police Station, Sangli, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
