Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the Respondent State and learned counsel for Respondent No. 2. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is ready to deposit Rs. 5,00,000/- before the trial Court without admitting the guilt and he will not object to withdraw the deposited amount by the investors. Learned counsel further requested that all the contentions of the applicant be kept open. 3.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, leave to deposit Rs. 5,00,000/- before the trial Court on or

If the Applicant failed to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- before the trial Court by next date, the interim relief granted by this Court will be vacated.
