It is alleged that the applicant, who is employed in the police department, at the gun point (service revolver), first committed forcible sexual intercourse with the victim and also clicked her nude photographs. It is further alleged that he threatened the victim with dire consequences to the life of her son and thereafter repeatedly committed forcible sexual intercourse with her on several occasions.
