MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.
DATED :
10th OCTOBER 2025 PC:- 1.
Heard Ms. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Mr. Metkari, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State.
2.
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.120 of 2025 registered with Walchandnagar Police Station, Pune Rural, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 119(1), 118(1), 74, 115(2), 352,
351(2), 351(3), 190, 191(2) and 189(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3.
It is the main contention of Ms. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants that the only allegation against the Applicants is that they have abused the First Informant and victims. Learned Counsel further submits that major role is of accused Nos.1 and 2 i.e. Rahul Ankush Bandal and Amol Ankush Bandal and they have been released on regular bail. She submits that there are no antecedents against the Applicants. 4.
Mr. Metkari, learned APP strongly opposes the Anticipatory Bail Application. He submits that the offence is very serious. After taking instructions, he submits that the chargesheet is sent for approval.
5.
As the chargesheet is prepared, it is clear that the investigation is substantially completed. The only role of the Applicants is that they have abused the injured and victims.
6.
Accordingly, the case is made out for grant of Anticipatory Bail. In view thereof, the following order is passed:
O R D E R
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant No.1-Rohan Rajendra Bandal and Applicant No.2-Ankush Ramchandra Bandal in connection with C.R.
