Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the first informant is major. The physical relationship between the first informant and applicant was consensual. The first informant has taken the amount from the applicant.

It is contention of learned APP that the first informant was added as party respondent before the trial Court and seeks time to take instructions.

It appears from record that the first informant is major. The first informant and applicant shared consensual physical relationship for couple of years. Considering these facts, I pass the following order:

ORDER

(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.236 of 2025 registered with Karkamb Police Station, District Solapur Rural, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

(iii) The applicant shall add the first informant as party respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

(iv) If amendment is carried out, issue notice to the added respondent No.2, returnable on 19th November, 2025. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
