Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

It is alleged that the applicant is brother of accused No.1 and he demanded physical relationship with the first informant by threatening that he will circulate the video of sexual act committed by first informant and accused No.1.

Learned counsel submitted that there are no allegations of sexual assault by the applicant.

ORDER

(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.236 of 2025 registered with Karkamb Police Station, District Solapur Rural, on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

(iii) The applicant shall add the first informant as party respondent No.2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

(iv) If amendment is carried out, issue notice to the added respondent No.2, returnable on 19th November, 2025. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
