By this application, applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.411 of 2025 registered with MIDC Police Station, District: Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 314, 316, 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is the prosecution case that the applicant has received donation of Rs.200/- given to Arabi Madrasa and Masjid on his own Phone-pay number and has misappropriated it.

Heard learned Advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State. Perused the investigation papers. 4.

The allegations made against the applicant are of trivial nature. Taking into consideration the allegations made in the First Sajakali Jamadar

In the event of arrest of applicant - Riyaz Ahmed Zameer Kumthe in Crime No.411 of 2025 registered with MIDC Police Station, District: Solapur, he be released on bail on executing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

6.

The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. 7.

The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
