Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that during the pendency of bail application before the trial Court, the applicants were on interim relief.

Considering this fact, till the next date of hearing, in the

907-ABA-2440-2025 (CR).DOC event of arrest of Applicants Suman Babasaheb Hirve, Vijayendra Babasaheb Hirve and Bhamabai Tukaram Dhone in connection with investigation of C. R. No. 618 of 2025 registered with Pandharpur Taluka Police Station, Dist- Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 329(4), 333, 303(2), 324(4), 189(2), 190 and 191(2) of Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023, shall be released on interim bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

Applicants to attend the police station as and when required.
