The learned APP submits that the applicant has filed the present application for anticipatory bail directly before this Court, without approaching the jurisdictional Sessions Court first. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the jurisdictional Sessions Court is vacant and the Incharge Sessions Court is not taking up the matters of jurisdictional Sessions Court. There is nothing to show that the application was filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court and the Incharge Sessions Court has refused to hear it.
