By this application filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.608 of 2022 registered with Faujdar Chawadi Police Station, District: Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 & 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1999 (MPID) and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The applicant is arraigned as accused as she is wife of accused No.2 - Jayant Prakash Yerankollu. 2.

It is the case of applicant that some properties of approximately worth Rs.47,00,000/- are attached during Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

2026.01.09 15:19:26 +0530 SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR investigation. Apart from those properties, the applicant has filed

joint affidavit of accused Nos.1, 2 and the mother, stating that properties belong to them and undertaking that properties mentioned in the Schedule 'A' along with the said affidavit, the valuation of which is approximately Rs.87,68,000/- will not be disposed of without prior permission of the learned trial Court. The deponents are identified by their Advocate.

The charge-sheet in the present crime is filed on 04/04/2023 and the case is numbered as Special Case No.70 of 2023. The accused Nos.1 and 2 are already released on bail. The trial is not likely to commence and conclude in the near future. In view of filing of charge-sheet, custodial interrogation/detention of the applicant is not necessary.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed. 5.

In the event of arrest of applicant - Smita Jayant Yerankollu in Crime No.608 of 2022 registered with Faujdar Chawadi Police Station, District: Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 & 4 of the MPID Act and Section 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, she be released on bail on executing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 6.

The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

8.

The applicant shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the matter.
