As the offence is under the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, the Court is not inclined to grant the pre-arrest bail to the Applicant therefore, after arguing the matter for some time, Mr. Aniket Nikam, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application.
