This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.
The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No. 782 of 2025 registered at Pawai Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) & 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 66 (C) & 66(D) of the Information Technology Act.

The allegations against the present applicants and other co-accused are of defrauding the first-informant to the tune of Rs.3,70,000/- through online fraud.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the Respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that bank accounts of the applicants were misused for committing the alleged crime.

The learned APP, on instructions, from the investigating officer, submits that the investigation is still going on but from the material collected till date, there appears to be substance in the contention of the applicants that their bank accounts were misused.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed :
O R D E R
a) The Application is allowed.
b) In the event of arrest of the applicant in 2/3
connection with Crime No. 782 of 2025 registered at Pavai Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4) & 319(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 66 (C) & 66(D) of the Information Technology Act. The applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.
c) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer and shall co-operate in the investigation.
