Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that initially A.D. was registered after three years. The offence under Section 302 and other relevant sections of the IPC is registered against the Applicants that too order passed under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. As an offence is registered after three years of the incident, and I pass following order.

ORDER

i. In the event of arrest, the Applicant be enlarged on in Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

909-ABA-2462-2025 (CR).doc C.R. No.140 of 2025 registered with Pangari Police Station, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

ii. The Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

Learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to add first informant as party Respondents. Leave granted. 4.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

5.

Issue notice to the newly added Respondent, returnable on 4th December, 2025.
