Paragraph No.8(B) of the said order be replaced with the following Paragraph :- "In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 10 of 2024 registered at Sanpada Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420 and 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 3,4 and 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 21, 22, 23, 25 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act and Sections 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositor (In Financial Establishments) Act, he be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety or two sureties in the like amount." 3.
