Mr. Mali, learned APP, seeks time to take instructions, as learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant has pointed out eight FIRs, stating that a raid was conducted and the Accused were found operating a distillery of intoxicating country liquor. In all the FIRs it is mentioned that although the Police have told the Accused to wait, the Accused ran away. It is the submission of learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that all FIRs state the same story. 2.
In view of the said position, Mr. Mali, learned APP seeks time to take instructions from the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Pune. 3.
Stand over to 16th September 2025.
