Applicant apprehends arrest in Crime No. 784 of 2025, registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur City for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 338, 340(2), 341(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.
The prosecution case in short is that applicant raised a loan of Rs. 15,00,000/- from Bramhdev Dada Mane Co-operative Bank Ltd., branch at Kondi, Dist. Solapur by hypothecating the agricultural land bearing gat No. 107/2 measuring 2 Hectare 0 Are situated at village Ranmasale, Tal. North Solapur, Dist. Solapur. However, the applicant was regarded as defaulter. Moreover, the documents showing that, no
{2} dues from the bank were produced by the applicant which are bogus. 3.
Heard learned advocate for the applicant, learned APP for the State and learned advocate for the informant. Perused the investigation papers.

Prima facie, it appears that, the applicant has not played any role in the alleged forgery and it seems that her husband is involved in the present crime. There is hardly any material in the investigation papers to connect the applicant to the present crime. 5.
Learned APP, on instructions from the investigating officer present in the Court fairly submits that no evidence connecting the applicant to the present crime is found during the investigation. 6.
In view of above, applicant being a lady, is entitled for bail. 7.
In the result, application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of applicant- Sanjivani Arvind Garad in Crime No. 784 of 2025, registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur City for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(2), 338, 340(2), 341(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, she be released on executing Personal Bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer and shall co-operate in the investigation. Applicant shall not tamper the prosecution evidence. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.)
