Pursuant to the interim protection, the applicant has attended the A.C.B. office, but he has not fully cooperated in the investigation.

Learned APP on instruction from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court submits that the applicant needs to give full cooperation in the Investigation.

Since the investigation is on the verge of completion, the application is allowed by confirming the interim protection granted by order dated 27.01.2026.
