Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

It appears from Relieving cum Service Certificate of the applicant that he has joined IIHFL company from 15 June 2023, whereas the alleged offence is committed during period January 2022 to April 2023.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.

Considering this fact, I pass following order :

ORDER

a) Till the next date of hearing, in the event of arrest of applicant Mr. Pandurang Bharat ZIP

78-ABA-2498-2025 (CR).DOC Sadgar in connection with investigation of C. R. No.740 registered with Pandharpur City police Station, Pandharpur, Dist. Solapur for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 408 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, he shall be released on interim bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

b) Applicant to attend the police station as and when required.
