Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to implead the first informant as a party Respondent to the Applicant. Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondent-first informant, returnable on 03rd October 2025. In addition to the court notice, the concerned police station shall inform the Respondent-first informant about filing of the present Application as also next date of listing.

The Applicant and the first informant appears to be the members of the same housing society. There appears to be dispute between the parties in relation to maintenance amount of the housing society which gave rise to the present crime.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, till next date, the Applicant shall not be arrested.
