Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

It is prosecution's case that on 23rd September, 2025, police intercepted one tempo. In search of said tempo, police found Gutkha. It is alleged that the said Gutkha belongs to the Applicant. The said Gutkha has already been seized. Considering these facts, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.470 of 2025 registered with Hatkanangale Police Station, District:Kolhapur Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:
