At the outset, Mr. Karmakar, learned APP submits that there are about eight antecedents.

In view of said contentions raised by Mr. Karmakar, the learned APP, Mr. Sarda, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving details of all the antecedents.

Accordingly Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.
