Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for the Respondent State.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 13th January, 2026.

It appears from the record that the dates of incidents are mentioned as 19th September, 2025 and 10th October, 2025. Through the names of the Applicants are mentioned in the incident dated 19th October, 2025, there is no specific allegations are mentioned against the Applicants and in the incident dated 10th October, 2025, names of

Considering these facts, till the next date of hearing, in the event of arrest of Applicants Sahebrao Gnayu Ingale, Bhaskar Nivrutti Randive, Santosh Tukaram Mane in connection with investigation of C. R. No. 146 of 2025 registered with Aundh Police Station, DistSatara for the offences punishable under Sections 305, 308, 309, 310, 325, 329(3), 134, 190 r/w Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they shall be released on interim bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
