The allegations against the applicant are that the applicant has outraged modesty of first informant. The Applicant is an Advocate.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that there was love affair between the applicant and victim. 4.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions, whether there was love affair between the victim and applicant. 5.

(i) Till next date, in the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No.963 of 2025 registered with Karmala Police Station, District Solapur (Rural) on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 13th January, 2026.
