Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 294 of 2015 registered with Sangola Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for State. Perused the record.

Admittedly, FIR was lodged on 12.12.2015 against unknown persons. During the investigation the alleged stolen articles were recovered from co-accused- Sambhaji Chavan, which were sold by him to goldsmith. Now the applicant's custody is sought by the police authorities. Charge sheet is already filed on 06.10.2020. In view Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 59-ABA-2520-2025 of recovery of stolen articles, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary in the present case.

In the result, application is allowed.

In the event of arrest of applicant- Fuskya Rama Pawar, in Crime No. 294 of 2015 registered with Sangola Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, he be released on furnishing Personal Bond of Rs. 15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

Applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer.
