By this Anticipatory Bail Application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with CR No.148 of 2025 registered with the Sangvi Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(2), 118(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 189(2), 191(2), 158 and 190 of the Arjun
501-ABA-2520-2025.DOC Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Sections 37(1) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951, Section 25(4) of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 3 and 7 of the Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013. 4.
It is the contention of Mr. Dushing, learned Counsel for the Applicant that there are cross-complaints. He submits that, in fact the Applicant has suffered grievious injuries. The Applicant was hospitalized since the day of the incident and he has been discharged earlier. However, thereafter, again there are complications due to the earlier assault and he has been hospitalized.

Mr. Karmakar, learned APP seeks time to take instructions. 6.
In view of the above submissions, till next date, the Applicant shall not be arrested.
