The allegations against the applicants are that they assaulted the first informant on the ground of family dispute. There are no specific allegations against applicant No.2 - Arif Rafik Turewale and son-in-law of accused No.1. Considering these facts, I pass the following order.

ORDER

45-ABA-2524-2025 (CR).DOC registered with Hupari Police Station, Dist.Kolhapur on executing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The applicant No.2 shall attend the police station as and when required;

(iii) Issue notice to the Respondent/s, returnable on 12th January, 2026.
