Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-state.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is no specific allegations against the applicant no.2 except borrowing loan. Applicant no. 2 is a lady. The loan amount was transferred in the bank account of applicant no. 1.

Learned APP submitted that there are serious allegations against the applicants as they have borrowed loan from the bank by forging Grampanchayat documents. She seeks time to take instructions in respect of specific role of the applicant no. 2.

In view of above, till the next date of hearing, in the event of arrest of applicant no. 2 Ashwini Santosh Chougule in connection with investigation of C. R. No. 735 of 2025 registered with Sadar Bajar Police Station, Dist- Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 337, 338, 336(3),340(2), 341(2) read with section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, shall be released on interim bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. 5.
