By these applications, the applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.564 of 2025 registered with Jail Road Police Station, District: Solapur for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 421 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

It is the case of prosecution that the accused parties (the Karmapuri family), being the original owners of the subject property, willfully suppressed the material fact of an existing encumbrance/loan over the premises and subsequently alienated the Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

This property i.e. Shop No. 4, "Durga Residency," Solapur, was later purchased by the Complainant for a total consideration of 28,00,000/- by a registered ₹ Sale Deed dated 26th September, 2023. Upon discovering the preexisting liability, the complainant has initiated this complaint against the accused for fraudulent misrepresentation and cheating, asserting that the sale was executed with a dishonest intent to induce the transaction while concealing a financial liability. 3.

Both the applicants were on interim protection and were directed to cooperate in investigation. Accordingly, the applicants have attended the police station and cooperated in investigation. The said fact is confirmed by the Learned APP on instructions from the Investigation Officer. Report to that effect is forwarded by the Investigating Officer. It is also mentioned in the report that chargesheet is filed in the present crime on 07.01.2026. 4.

Since the investigation in the present crime is completed, custodial interrogation of the applicants is not warranted. Hence, the applications are allowed by confirming the interim protection. (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
