Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that Prabhakar Bhandari is relative of the applicant and property was sold to him in the year 2017 by making aware about loan on the said property and he was told not to sell the property unless the loan is cleared. But behind the back of the applicant, the said property is sold. The applicant is senior citizen suffering from various ailments. She has not cheated the first informant.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions.

O R D E R

I.

In the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. 564 of 2025 registered with Jail Road Police Station, Solapur, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

II.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

III.
