At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP, states that there is one antecedent against the Applicant which has not been mentioned in the Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of the said contention raised by Ms. Newton, learned APP, Mr. Nimbalkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Anticipatory Bail Application by giving details of the antecedents. However, he states that interim protection which is operating till date be continued for a period of 2 weeks.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.

The interim protection granted by Order dated 18th September 2025 and as continued by further Orders, shall remain in operation for a period of 2 weeks from today.
