At the outset, Ms. Suvarna Yadav, learned Counsel, appointed as Amicus Curiae to represent the interest of the Respondent No.2 states that the Respondent No.2 has informed her that for last about one week the Applicant is contacting her and giving threats. Mr. Karmakar, learned APP states that the Investigating Officer will enquire about the said allegations. 2.

It is made very clear that if the contention raised by Ms. Yadav, learned Amicus Curiae, on instructions of Respondent No.2 is correct then the Applicant is not entitled for Anticipatory Bail.

As already protection is granted by the earlier order, till next date no coercive steps be taken against the Applicant on the conditions that the Applicant shall not contact the Respondent No.2 and he hands over his cell phone to the Investigating Officer. For that purpose the Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer tomorrow i.e. on 10th October 2025 at 11 a.m. 4.
