Heard Mr. Bhavake, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, Mr. Karmakar, learned APP appearing for the Respondent No.1-State and Ms. Yadav, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2.

The Applicant has handed over his Cell Phone to the Investigating Officer.

Mr. Karmakar, learned APP states that the time will be required for further investigation as the Cell Phone has been handed over on 10th October 2025.

Stand over to 17th November 2025.

In the meanwhile, the protection granted by this Court by order dated 17th September 2025 shall remain in operation on the following conditions:
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant-Amit Gangadhar Shendge in connection with C.R. No.190 of 2025 registered with the Kharadi Police Station, Pune City, Pune, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. (b) The Applicant shall attend the Kharadi Police Station, Pune City, Pune, on every Monday between 11:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet and shall cooperate with the investigation. In addition, the
