MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE 1.
This is an application for anticipatory bail. MUGDHA MANOJ PARANJAPE Date: 2025.09.18 19:28:31 +0530 2.
Learned APP for the Respondent-State submits that the Applicant is involved in six more crimes.
3.
The Applicant has not disclosed about his criminal antecedents in the present Application. The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Munnesh vs. State of Uttar Pradesh1 has observed as follows: "9.
Be that as it may, since the petitioner has suppressed material facts with regard to his involvement in criminal cases, he is not entitled to the discretionary relief of bail........"
4.
There is nothing to show that it was not possible for the Applicant to give instructions about criminal antecedents. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present Application. The Application is rejected.
