This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.171 of 2025 registered with Ambegaon Police Station, Pune City, Pune, for the offences punishable under
Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 340(2), 336(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

It is the main contention of Mr. Vijaymane, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant that the Applicant is Student aged 21 years. It is his submission that there are total five accused. The main accused are other accused. He submits that as far as the Applicant is concerned, the offence is registered against her as she is the daughter of accused No.1. He submits that there are no antecedents and he further submits that the Applicant will cooperate with the investigation.

On the other hand, Ms. Yadav, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State and Mr. Bajpayee, learned Counsel appearing for the Intervenor-First Informant strongly opposed the Anticipatory Bail Application.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP submits that although it is the contention of the Applicant that the Applicant is not involved in the crime, however, the Applicant is the Director of Isha Sugar & Agro India Pvt. Ltd. She further submits that various amounts have
been deposited in the account of the Applicant and therefore, the Anticipatory Bail Application be rejected.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused by assuring attractive interest and by giving false promises accepted huge amounts as investment from the First Informant. 7.
Although the offence is very serious, however, the Applicant is Student aged 21 years and there are no antecedents against the Applicant. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant will completely cooperate with the investigation. The case is made out for grant of Anticipatory Bail. In view thereof, the following order is passed:
O R D E R
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant-Ishwari Krishna Doddamani in connection with C.R. No.171 of 2025 registered with the Ambegaon Police Station, Pune City, Pune, the Applicant is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.
(b) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 27th October 2025, 28th October 2025 and 29th October 2025 between 11:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. In addition, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.
(c) The Applicant shall furnish her cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto.
(d) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such a person from disclosing the facts to the Court or to any Police personnel.
(e) The Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the Complainant or any witness in any manner.
(f) The Applicant shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
