P.C. :

1.

This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 271 of 2025 registered at Kurar Village Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3.

According to the prosecution, on 06.04.2025 at about 12.30 a.m. a dispute arose between the first informant on one side and the applicant and other co-accused on the other side. It is alleged that during the said dispute, the present applicant and 1/3

other co-accused assaulted the first informant by iron rod as well as with fist and kick blows, thereby causing him grievous injuries. 4.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

5.

I have perused the injury certificate. According to the first informant, he was assaulted by Iron rod on his chest, stomach and back, however, there are no injuries to that effect. There are no other criminal antecedents against the applicant. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed :
